1. Our Role

CarFy Casablanca is an online car rental aggregator. We are not a car rental company. All bookings made through our platform are fulfilled by independent, verified local rental partners in Morocco. Your rental agreement will be directly with the chosen provider.

2. Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our website and confirmed via email.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal and rental information at the time of booking.
Some cars can be rented without a deposit or credit card, depending on the provider’s policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24–48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (depending on the selected provider’s policy). Cancellations made after this period may be subject to fees.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are shown in EUR and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms (e.g. pay online or on arrival) vary by rental provider and will be clearly shown during the booking process.

5. Driver Requirements

The minimum driver age is usually 21–23 years, depending on the car and rental partner.
A valid driver’s license (held for at least 12 months) is required at the time of pick-up.

6. Vehicle Delivery

Most providers offer car delivery to Casablanca Airport or directly to your hotel. Delivery conditions and any applicable fees will be specified before confirming the booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

CarFy Casablanca is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party rental companies. However, we take customer experience seriously and will assist in resolving any disputes to the best of our ability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
